I am Shyann, and I have been a member of the Renegades for 2 years now. I have had a lifelong passion for horses. It began when my grandfather first put me in a saddle at the age of 3. I have developed a strong foundation in equestrian skills. Currently, I am working with Pistol, my 8-year-old gelding. In 2025, I rode Winter, a beautiful paint mare that I leased. Her owner sold her later in the year and I have been riding Katie’s horses since then. My primary focus is in western contesting and ranch riding. I also enjoy trail riding. This year I have been doubly blessed. I got married and found out I was pregnant. That will certainly curtail my Renegade duties for the 2026 season. My future remains to be seen, but I hope it will eventually include Renegades again. My most memorable experience to date was performing at the Ohio State Fair with the Mid Ohio Marauders Mounted Shooters. My favorite parade is the Delaware All Horse Parade.
